Brighstone Isle of Wight

Brighstone is a pretty village with thatched cottages and historic building. A short walk will take you to the coast where there are a number of beaches set in a string of coves. This less comercial part of the Isle of Wight gives an excellent chance to relax.

Above Brighstone are rolling downs and a walk along them takes you West to Freshwater, Alum Bay and the Needles or East Carisbrooke.

Brighstone is a small village but with a good range of essential shops and services. Here you will find pubs and restaurants as well as grocery shops, a news agents and even a post office.
